Chatbot – Disclaimer
1. Accuracy
This chatbot is an automated system that uses the OpenAI API. Although we endeavour to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided by the chatbot. If in doubt, we always recommend that you consult the HR.chitects website or contact one of our offices.
2. Data collection
HR.chitects offers 24/7 support on specific topics via a public chatbot. This chatbot only provides answers to questions about HR.chitects and frequently asked questions, helps with job or talent searches, and records personal data. Users are given the option to provide their personal details when submitting a query in order to receive further assistance with their job or talent search. A summary of the conversation is then forwarded to our staff. If the user does not receive a satisfactory answer from the chatbot, they can choose to provide an email address, which can be used, if desired, to send the entire conversation with the chatbot to HR.chitects, so that a member of staff at HR.chitects can contact them for further follow-up. When this request for contact is made, the user’s email address is also recorded. In this case, that email address and the conversation (questions asked and answers provided by the chatbot) are recorded and forwarded to apply@hr-chitects.com. Our employees can access this information.
Conversations are recorded at all times and are used solely to improve the chatbot. Where we have received personal data, this will be stored in our database to assist the user with future opportunities.
Inteso Group BV, the company behind this chatbot solution, acts as a data processor exclusively on behalf of and in accordance with the instructions of the data controller.
If you do not wish to do this, please be aware that all the answers provided by the chatbot are compiled from information that is publicly available on the HR.chitects website.. So you can choose not to use the chatbot and look up the answers to your questions yourself on our website.
3. Liability
HR.chitects accepts no liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of chatbot responses.
4. Location and transfer of data outside the EEA
If you think the chatbot has provided an incorrect or incomplete answer, please let us know so that we can train it more effectively. You can provide feedback using the thumbs-up and thumbs-down icons in the chatbot. Reports can be sent to the email address backoffice@lgahrgroup.com
